Regina Fields Obituary

At the Families request, there will be no streaming.

Regina Fields was born on November 22, 1980, in Staten Island, New York, to the late Debra Briggs and the late Eugene Fields. Regina departed this life on January 2, 2026.

Regina received her elementary education at Immaculate Conception School and continued her studies at Saint Peter’s High School for Girls. Throughout her working life, she served with care and dedication as a home health aide and as a teacher’s assistant at a daycare, roles that reflected her nurturing spirit and compassion for others.

Regina was known for her strength, resilience, and unwavering love for her family. She was a devoted member of the Stapleton UAME Church and carried her faith with her throughout her life. Regina was naturally photogenic and often the life of the party. She had a passion for fashion, enjoyed cooking, listening to music, and relaxing while watching her favorite television shows. Her memory will live on through the lives she touched, the love she shared, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew her.

Regina’s greatest joy in life was her children. She leaves behind four beloved children: Niasia Carver, Christian Carver, Tayshawn Cofield, and Nysir Fields, who will forever carry her love with them. She was also a proud and devoted grandmother to her cherished grandchildren, Adonis and Amir, who brought her immense happiness. Regina was preceded in death by her beloved grandson Amir, whom she loved dearly and with whom she now rests in eternal peace.
